"Could not fault this beautiful little gem. The hubby and I decided to take our pup on her first holiday and what a perfect place this was. We instantly felt at home from the minute we arrived, ‘The little stables’ was everything we had imagined. The accommodation was clean, beautifully decorated and had every amenity that you could think of. The breakfast basket and goodies on arrival were such a lovely welcome! Genuinely cannot think of any faults. Such a lovely place to relax and switch off from all busy day to day life, within close driving distance from the lovely Norfolk beaches. We would definitely recommend & hope to be back again soon!"

"The perfect find! The place was so cosy, stylish & clean with so many well thought of extras. We took our 3 month old baby and he loved it! Was so easy and stress free as Sarah has covered everything. Lovely area to go on walks and plenty of places to visit nearby. Thank you ever so much."

"Lots of thought has gone into equipping and furnishing The Little Stables. The breakfast box was most welcome. Bacon, eggs, bread, butter & jam go down well to start your day off with a full tummy. The sofa was extremely comfortable and we were able to watch a couple of Sky movies during our stay. Plenty of information in the welcome pack and we enjoyed a fantastic meal at The Gunton Arms about 15 mins drive from the cottage.  Many thanks to Sarah for being such a welcoming host."

Everything was thought of...

"My partner, my dog and I had a wonderful stay at the little stables. Everything was thought of, from a water bottle for the bedside table, so a pet first aid kit! It felt more luxurious than a five star hotel. Wonderful location - you feel tucked away from the hustle and bustle but are only a short drive from the main attractions. The suggested walk routes were much appreciated too. Would recommend this place to absolutely anyone."

A perfect getaway ...

"The Little Stables was a perfect getaway for my wife and I and our 4 week old baby. Sarah was extremely welcoming in her communication and friendly and helpful in person. The property was very well equipped and in a great location for exploring north Norfolk. The bacon, eggs, fresh bread and homemade jam that Sarah left out in our welcome pack was a particularly nice touch. Would highly recommend to young families seeking a quiet rural getaway for a few nights."

"The definition of the perfect getaway. Quiet, cosy, rural, warm and pet friendly. Sarah is fantastic. She was super quick to reply to us, gave us directions way ahead of our journey and provided further advice once there. Her welcome breakfast pack lasted us days. The cottage itself is just like pictured and more. She goes over and above of what's expected of a host. Five stars."

A great host and the best spot we've stayed in...

"Sarah's place is decorated to a very high standard, spotlessly clean, and has everything that you would ever need (pots, pans, glasses, espresso mugs, chopping boards, even ketchup! Sarah thoughtfully left us a welcome back with fresh milk, bread, butter, jam & butchers bacon, which was very lovely to arrive to. A great host and the best spot we've stayed in. Thanks for having us!"

A perfect place to just relax, get away from it all...

"We had a wonderful long weekend at 'The Little Stables'. Sarah is a wonderful host and has thought of everything and there is so much attention to detail. It is like staying in a 5* hotel but with the luxury of being tucked away on your own. The welcome basket of goodies were a lovely touch and very enjoyable! We stayed the weekend of 5th November and Sarah even bought us details of all the local firework displays which was a lovely thought. Unfortunately we didn't have the weather on our side, it was pretty awful all weekend so we didn't make any of them but it just meant we got to spend even more time inside! It is a perfect place to just relax, get away from it all and re-charge your batteries. We would definitely come back, hopefully with a little less rain and wind next time. Thanks for having us!"

Beautifully presented and with loads of character...

"The Little Stables is beautifully presented and with loads of character. Sarah has great eye for design and details, and the quality of the place and all its features (including bedding, furniture, appliances, cutlery and crockery) are very impressive. Sarah was very helpful throughout, even before we arrived, giving us lots of recommendations and advice. She is friendly and likeable, and thoughtful. Upon hearing that my wife and were celebrating our wedding anniversary she discreetly welcomed us with a bottle of wine in the fridge to make our stay special, as well as a thoughtful toy for our baby. We wish Sarah all the best as she deserves to do well with this lovely place."
